Position Description:
Currently, KENCALL EPZ LTD is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as Human Resources Manager. This opportunity is a position to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities:
The person’s role will be to administer The Human resource functions for all branches of business including:
Salary and Performance Review Administration,
Payroll
Employee Relations
Affirmative Action Plan Administration and other policy administration as required.
Responsible for planning, organizing, forecasting, implementing and budgeting of Human Resource in the organization
A mentoring program for all upper management according to company guidelines.
Develop and Implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures
Establishment of Job policy on functions and corresponding remuneration
Define and set up system of internal promotion and merit based remuneration
Collaborate with selected training institutions on matters relating to learning and training
Development of an organization culture that reflects on principals of modern management and performance based.
Liaise with other departments regarding human resource and Institution strengthening
Provide administrative support on the management of resource (Human Resource)
Recruitment and selection of potential staff
Orientation and induction of staff.

Must have strong leadership /influencing ability at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be conceptual and creative thinker with high energy level and doer style. Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience. Minimum of 3 year training experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Have a positive and motivating personality
Ability to mentor and guide management
Pleasant and professional manner
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
Leadership and teamwork skills
