1. Moi University Pension Scheme Trustees intend to construct a new block of flats and refurbishment/face lifting of existing fiats on their Plot EMU/ BLOCK 7/80, Ronald Ngala Street Eldoret Town

2. In summary the scope of the works entails
Erection and completion of a four storeyed block of flats with a floor area of approximately 1260m2.
Construction of an additional two flats on an existing building including roof and remodeling the fagade.
3. To be able to implement the project well the Scheme has appointed a team of consultants to undertake the overall supervision of the project. To supplement the Consultant's input, the scheme seeks to engage a qualified Clerk of Works to undertake the day to day running of the project on its behalf In this regard the scheme invites applications from suitably qualified experienced professionals to be engaged in the said post The position will be on contract basis for the duration of the project.

4. The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Holder of a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Building and Construction from recognized institution or equivalent qualification.
5 Years experience in supervision of similar works in an extremely busy environment
A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Should be at least 40 years of age.
Independent, self motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Be of unquestionable integrity.
Be conversant with AutoCAD, Archi-CAD and MS Project.
