As part of our growth strategy and to strengthen the team to achieve ambitious performance objectives, the Company wishes to recruit experienced, dynamic, innovative and high caliber individuals to fill the following positions.

1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Reporting to the Managing Director and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, this challenging position requires the candidates to perform the following functions:

  • Develop robust human resources policies and procedures on staff recruitment, training, benefits and compensation;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on human resource management policies and practices
  • Evaluate, modify and administer staff benefit schemes to ensure they are competitive and comply with legal requirements
  • Analyse training needs in the conjunction with the departmental heads and develop robust training programs
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of performance management program
  • Develop effective grading and salary structures
  • Review and recommend optimal organizational structure and succession plans
  • Plan and conduct programs for staff joining the organization, staff movements and leavers
  • Design and conduct employee surveys
  • Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date human resources records and statistics
  • Supervisor and manage the HR Team
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Administration or Related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification Human Resources Management, Organisational Development or related areas.
  • Masters Degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 8 years work experience, of which 5 must be at a senior HR management level in financial services sector
  • Highly developed information technology skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and in writing.
2. BUSINESS SYSTEMS DEVELOPER

Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Information Systems, and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, this challenging position requires the candidates to perform the following functions:
  • Evaluate requests for new or modified applications, to determine feasibility and compatibility with current systems
  • Maintain and develop complex reports with advanced reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Maintain and develop modules for web applications using .Net Framework and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Develop interfaces for integration of various systems
  • Adhere to the SDLC and prepare process and software documentation for future reference and maintenance needs
Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Systems or related discipline
  • Masters Degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in software development
  • In depth knowledge of MSSQL 2000, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers
  • In depth knowledge of HTML, ASP.NET, VB.Net
  • Outstanding technical knowledge of database design, maintenance & manipulation
3. INVESTMENT ANALYST

Reporting to the Assistant Fund Manager, and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, this challenging position requires the candidates to perform the following functions:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting fundamental company research and analysis
  • Financial modeling and data analysis
  • Analysing historical and projected financial statements
  • Reviewing company information
  • Preparing written reports and verbal presentations
  • Conducting industry and capital markets research
  • Participating in the evaluation, formulation and implementation of investment strategies
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • Masters Degree will be an added advantage
  • Professional qualifications in Finance/Investments e.g. CFA or be a registered student and actively pursuing the CFA qualifications
  • Working experience of at least 3 years in investment management, corporate finance, investment banking or stock broking
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • Knowledge of investments and financial markets
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyse and evaluate investment strategies and positions
4. FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGERS

Reporting to the Head, Financial Advisory and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, this challenging position requires the candidates to perform the following functions:

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for clients for the provision of investment services and products.
  • Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile, as well as the performance of the specific portfolios
  • Carry out a detailed-fact find review of the potential clients and recommend appropriate investment products.
  • Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain a strong customer service.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualifications in areas such as education, marketing, economics or finance and accounting with a strong flair for sales.
  • Good working knowledge of financial markets and financial products
  • Successful track record of selling in the financial services sector e.g. banks, insurance companies, fund manager, stock brokers etc would be an advantage
  • Confident, articulate and with strong communication skills
  • Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets with minimal supervision
  • Well groomed, presentable and an outgoing mature individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial individual with hunger for success
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
