- Two years previous retail experience (Male or Female)
- Written and spoken English

- Computer literate
Job Summary
- To ensure each and every customer is served to the Q Home Décor standard.
- To build and maintain a portfolio of customers, and ensure consistent interaction with them on a timely basis.
- To ensure that the complete transaction and after sales service deliver on all areas and with the maximum of professionalism and efficiency.
- To offer support, guidance and feedback on potential purchases, based on product knowledge.
- To have complete and thorough understanding of the product ranges carried, and able to demonstrate the same.
- To coordinate with the Sales Manager on store targets and potential, and actively work towards their achievement.
- To coach, train and mentor the Sales Support staff in order to drive future potential into Q Home Décor.
- To follow the store rota schedule each and every day, as required to suit the needs to the business
Responsibilities

- Following company standards
- Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management
- Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as credit facilities, activities etc.
- Keeping all company information, including sales figures, strictly confidential
- Representing the company in the best way possible at all times, whether on or off duty
- Being constantly aware of customers and their needs
- Ensuring that all customers, irrespective of colour, creed or gender are treated equally, efficiently and accurately
b) Sales
- Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products
- To actively pursue each and every sales opportunity, regardless of size or customer.
- Operating according to the Salesfloor Operational manual
- Caring for specified sales area, ensuring it is clean, tidy and full, through correct interaction between Sales Support, Store Replenishers and Visual Merchandising Department
- Ensuring all products in specified area are correctly priced
- Ensuring sales opportunities are constantly being met
- Ensuring all displays are as instructed by the Head Office
- Completing in an honest and accurate way, all daily and weekly checklists, paperwork and related company documentation.
- Reporting and processing damaged display items to the Sales Manager / Operations Supervisor
- Doing regular stock checks and liaising with the Merchandise Administrator for the same
