NTV is the station that is turning on Kenya. If you are result oriented, performance driven, possess excellent transferable skills and have a demonstrable track record of achievement in past roles, this is the job for you, based in our Programmes Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas:

• Preparing the daily transmission schedules to ensure that the station is on air and running as scheduled;
• Reviewing market research, programme ratings, viewer demands and competition activities with the Programmes Manager exploit opportunities;
• Previewing and editing to ensure that the all programmes meet viewer expectations, the channels objectives and house style;
• Ability to work with broadcasting software and ensuring conformity with its requirements; and
• Previewing all promos/info boards before airing.

Knowledge & Skills requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Television Broadcasting or Degree in Communication
• 2 to 3 years working experience; and
• Ability to meet stric' deadlines and tenacity to work long hours with minimum supervision.
