Position Description:
MyJobHouse.com is seeking to recruit a proactive, highly innovative and self-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive - Francophone Africa. This opportunity is a Contract position to be based at our offices in Nairobi, Kenya.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
• Present & sell Myjobhouse.com capabilities and services to current and prospective clients and candidates
• Follow up on new leads and referrals as assigned
• Identify and follow upon new sales opportunities
• Develop & maintain a dynamic pipeline to ensure the continued development of Myjobhouse.com
• Account management of existing and new clients as assigned in all aspects (including but not confined to identification & resolution of all client concerns, debt collection and all aspects of customer service)
• Identify innovative methods to enhance the sales process

This position may require extensive travel to the countries within Francophone Africa.

Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate shall:
• Have a degree from a recognized university (any field)
• Strong telephone, communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Strong command of the English language
• Be proficient in MS Office Suite and all its applications
• Be fluent in Business French/French
• Be able to work with a team & effectively under little supervision
• Have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Have a valid passport
