Centenary Bank seeks to recruit suitably qualified, experienced and competent professionals to fill the following post:
Job Title: Brand Manager

Reports to: General Manager, Business Development & Marketing
Role: Spearheading the re-branding process to ensure its success in line with the Bank's
re- branding strategy.
Key Result Areas
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and sustain the Bank's brand positioning.
- Develop Brand plans to drive the Centenary Bank brand growth to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and evaluate the Bank's branding strategies to enhance the Bank's position in the banking industry.
- In liaison with the Marketing Unit, formulate and coordinate branding activities to promote the Bank's products and services.
- In liaison with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders, ensure marketing activities are coordinated and are consistent with the Bank's branding strategy across the board.
- Work closely with the Product Development Unit to ensure that all initiatives are supported by innovative and creative branding concepts.
- Continually monitor and assess the brand equity/tracking through market surveys, observations, internal audits and mystery shopping to enhance the overall brand maintenance.
- Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Option) or BBA (Marketing Option). BA Communications, BA Social Work and Social Administration (SWASA), BA Economics or BA Commercial Art and Designing or any other related degree with branding and marketing experience will also be considered. Related post graduate professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years' progressive hands on experience and proven skills in branding preferably at a managerial or supervi¬sory level in a commercial bank or financial institution. Relevant hands on skills in branding in other fields will also be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation kills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- High degree of integrity.
- A strategic thinker with high degree of innovativeness, creativity, and ambition.
- Excellent report writing and networking skills with the ability to relate both vertically and horizontally within and outside the organization.
- Regional and/or international exposure desirable.
- Good Computer knowledge and skills.
