PROJECT MANAGERS
Reporting to the General Program Manager, the candidates will manage activities related to our key customer projects especially ones concerning Wireless business (IP, Data and Mobile).
PRINCIPAL TASKS
- To take the lead in Project follow-up from budget preparation, scope, schedules and budget-cost tracking.
- To manage Customer relationship and complaints as well as provide status reports while ensuring overall project coordination
- To attend and lead project meetings with the Customer
- To coordinate with the Customer on all technical aspects in order to produce timely and correct solutions and answers.
- To partner with HR in the management and development of the team.
- An Engineering degree in electrical/telecoms. Additional qualifications in business or commercial management is an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a management role.
- Advanced computer skills: MS Office suite, MS Project
- Good communication skills and English command.
- Customer driven with good reporting and project management skills
- Team spirit and enthusiasm, self-starter and an autonomous player
Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidates are to provide technical support to our Customers on site.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- An Engineering degree in electrical/telecoms
- Proficiency on the design of new GSM network or new densification phases
- Knowledge in selection of sites, coverage and performance with A955 Configuration of cells and antennae systems.
- Network optimization skills and frequency planning.
- Knowledge in conducting assessment of prepared designs and site survey activities
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
Reporting to the Maintenance and Support Manager, the candidates are to provide technical support to our Customers on site.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- An Engineering degree in electrical/telecoms
- Mastery of the radio and transmission mobile technology
- Proficiency and familiarity with the NMS Configuration.
- Excellent working knowledge on unix platforms
