Administrative Assistant – 3 Positions

1. APARTMENT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Reservation and Room assignment activities.
• Ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of apartments.
• Orders supplies and determines need for maintenance, repairs, and furnishings of apartments.
• Supervise activities of housekeeping personnel.
• Process all payments in relation to the apartments.

2. AIR TICKET ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinates and participates in travel agency services.
• Advising employees on traveling conditions, planning employees’ travel and itineraries, ticketing and booking functions.
• Reconcile and process ticket payments.

3. VISA ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Kenya labour and immigration laws.
• Monitor and keep management informed of policy development concerning immigration and visa requirements.
• Handle the consulates’ for issuing the visa and coordinate the activities.
• Manage and strategically develop visa services offered.
• Excellent Knowledge in documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
• University graduate in Social Sciences.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong computer literacy skills,
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, assertive, innovative, positive outlook and reliable,
• Outstanding time management, office management, administrative organization and leadership skills and be prepared to work overtime.
