Sales Administrator – Kisumu Job Vacancy

Main Purpose of the Job
  • To provide administrative support to the sales department to maximize sales
Main Responsibilities
  • Generate weekly and monthly management sales report.
  • Compile daily sales purchase statistics report and issue weekly to all territories.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of the sales fleet and ensure proper and valid licenses and insurance are obtained.
  • Advice and request materials for field activities and sales meetings from other dept.
  • Ensure all general ledger entries to the sales dept relate to the sales dept, and advice HOD of any discrepancies.
  • Create and update the database for all sales trainings.
  • Maintain and update a customer classification database.
  • Take minutes of action points at sales meetings and circulate to all sales staff and HODs.
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Solve routine customer issues
  • Continuous Feedback / Market Intelligence

Required Qualifications
  • A diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or other business related field from a reputable institution; a Sales and Marketing qualification is an advantage.
