Main Purpose of the Job
- To provide administrative support to the sales department to maximize sales
 
Main Responsibilities
- Generate weekly and monthly management sales report.
 - Compile daily sales purchase statistics report and issue weekly to all territories.
 - Coordinate the maintenance of the sales fleet and ensure proper and valid licenses and insurance are obtained.
 - Advice and request materials for field activities and sales meetings from other dept.
 - Ensure all general ledger entries to the sales dept relate to the sales dept, and advice HOD of any discrepancies.
 - Create and update the database for all sales trainings.
 - Maintain and update a customer classification database.
 - Take minutes of action points at sales meetings and circulate to all sales staff and HODs.
 - Prepare daily reports
 - Solve routine customer issues
 - Continuous Feedback / Market Intelligence

Required Qualifications
- A diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or other business related field from a reputable institution; a Sales and Marketing qualification is an advantage.
