expanding Hospital. The successful candidates will be responsible for the delivery of the Human
Resources Function at a strategic and operational level.

Ref l/09: General Manager- Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing the HR strategy to meet the Institution’s objectives-and provide a competitive edge
2. Developing, implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to enhance institution’s and individual performance while ensuring compliance
3. Leading and Implementing the Management Development Programs that attracts, nurtures and retains talent
4. Ensuring a high performance culture is embedded in the organization to meet the
institution objectives and targets
5. Developing and leading human Resource Capacity Building initiatives to enhance
Performance and build Skills and Competencies in the organization
6. Developing and leading manpower planning; Talent flow, Career and Succession plans that ensures individual growth and availability of talent for both current and future needs of the
organization
7. Leading and monitoring Employee Relations, Site Services & welfare to build a conducive work environment in the Institution
8. Leading the planning and implementation of change initiatives and programmes
9. Leading and managing Reward to ensure reward systems are in place to deliver
competitiveness and cost effectiveness in order to motivate and retain talent
10. Managing Payroll, workforce administration and Human Resource Information system ( HRIS)
11. Managing and monitoring Third Party HR service providers to deliver services in line with the institution’s policy and Service Level Agreement

Required minimum qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• Post Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resource management
• Working knowledge of HRIMS will be added advantage
• An MBA preferably in human Resources will be an added advantage
• At least 7 years relevant experience

Ref ll/09: Human Resource Manager- Services & Employee Relations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and managing the provision of Human Resource Services
2. Leading and ensuring cordial employee relations to meet performance standard sand achievement of the institution’s objectives
3. Managing employee relations settlement of grievances and disputes as per statutory, institution’s policies and procedures
4. Leading and providing procedures to manage and align with the institution
policy
5. Managing the works council to enhance cordial relations and welfare
6. Liaising with appropriate regulatory and statutory bodies in reporting, processing
and closure of employee related matters.
7. Manage implementation of the Human Resources Service Delivery Strategy which include all transactional aspects of HR
8. Leading and managing occupational Health initiatives and programmes within the institution
9. Managing and monitoring of cafeteria,transport and security services
10. Leading and Managing HR Services Third party Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required minimum qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• Post Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management
• 5 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of HRIMS will be added advantage

REF lll/09: Human Resource Officer- Learning & Talent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead management of Learning and talent Development programs and initiatives to
ensure that the desired objectives are achieved
2. Identifying Learning needs, maintaining skills and competencies inventory for talent management
3. Administration of training needs analysis and managing delivery of training and
development plans
4. Managing the development and implementation of learning processes and procedures in order to evaluate the impact of the learning and development initiatives
5. Reviewing and recommending internal and external learning and development initiatives in line with the institution’s objectives
6. Implementing and monitoring the performance evaluation framework,manage periodical reviews and provide appropriate feedback for decision making
7. Managing and monitoring the recruitment process of all job categories and ensuring it is in line with institution’s objectives.
8. Advising and benchmarking for best practices in learning and talent management
9. Leading and Reviewing job descriptions and ensuring alignment to organizational
requirements

Required minimum qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Post Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resource management
• At least 5 years relevant experience
