Legal Consultants and Advocates Request for Expression of Interest: Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK)

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is a statutory body established under the Accountants Act, 2008 for the regulation of the profession
of accountancy in Kenya.

The Institute in pursuit of its mandate has established an appeals Committee to review appeals from the disciplinary Committee as required by Section 33 (3) of the Act.

The Institute wishes to establish a panel of Advocates from which legal consultants can be appointed as required to assist the Appeals Committee in its work.

The Applicants can be firms or individual advocates with experience in statutory tribunals and of good professional standing with the Law Society of Kenya.
