Job Description

- Handling of Disciplinary Cases
- Grievance-Handling
- Employee and Labour Relations.
- Staff Welfare Activities.
Job Specification (Expected Skills/Attributes)
- A detailed understanding and knowledge of labour and employment legislation
- In-depth knowledge of best practice in Human Resource policies, processes and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a culturally-diverse environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes
- Good analytical, report writing & presentation skills
- Counselling & Facilitation Skills
- Possess high level of integrity and initiative
Qualifications
- Should have a Bachelors degree in Social Science
- Postgraduate qualification in HR/Diploma in Human Resources Management
- A Masters Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
- A working knowledge of the new labour laws is essential to the role
- A qualification in Performance Management is also desirable
- Knowledge of Banks operating procedures and policies will be an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Age - 35 years & below
A minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in Employee Relations at a Managerial position.
