- Prepare high quality correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations
- Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes for same and making the necessary business travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit and distribute, letters, memos and meeting minutes and keep track.
- Manage, plan and organize the Chief Executive Officer’s daily calendar,
- Serve as liaison with department managers to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications.
- Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO as directed.
- Maintain communication with select outside parties on behalf of CEO, including suppliers, shareholders, business contacts, etc.
- Carry out routine office duties in a professional manner.
- Monitor, supervise, organize the duties and plan leave schedules for the drivers.
- Manage administrative records and maintain a confidential filing system
- Monitor service maintenance contracts and acquisition of licenses
- Offering client support services and necessary assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications & Requirements
Secretarial course and training with the following minimum qualifications

- Typing advanced level – 60 wpm, Shorthand- 100 wpm
- English for business communication, office practice
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal),
- Be highly proficient with MS Office (all products including Word, Excel, Power Point , mail merges and Outlook)
- Consistently carry out tasks in a highly organized manner with ability to prioritize and multitask.
