We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the following positions based in Juba, Southern Sudan:
Assistant Manager-Claims, Southern Sudan
The overall responsibility will be the management, administration, and control of the company's claims operations to ensure profitable and timely service.
Key tasks will include ensuring that systems and procedures covering claims operations are adhered to, training and supervision of staff in the department, working closely with the underwriting department to ensure that policy terms and conditions are adhered to for all claims being processed for payment, recovery of claims from third parties and reinsurers, and generally ensuring the highest level of customer service in the claims process.
Senior Underwriter, Southern Sudan
The overall responsibility will be to assist in the management, administration, and the control of the company's underwriting operations to ensure profitable and timely service.
Key tasks will include assisting in ensuring that systems and procedures covering underwriting operations are adhered to, supervising work in the company, obtaining requests for and preparing quotations and its timely delivery, continually review the performance of accounts and products', arranging for facultative placement with approved companies, renewals follow up, and ensuring safe keeping and proper accounting of all company security documents.
Responsibilities will also include assessing risks and signing of documents within the authority limits, enforcing the credit control policy, and marketing company products and services
Candidates must have a degree in the relevant field, ACII, and minimum five years experience in a similar role.
