Responsibilities for the position include,
- Establishing goals, objectives, and long range plans of the hospital.
- Responsibility for the budgets of six services and support departments.
- Ensuring adequate staffing of the departments of the hospital.
- Responsible for reviewing hospital personnel policies and procedure and ensuring compliance of the same.
- Responsible for legal matters of the hospital through the hospital appointed law firm.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree majoring in HR management
- 3 or more years experience in HR management preferably in a health care setting
- A Committed Christian
