Property Manager Job

A real estate company is looking for a Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leasing, maintenance and repairs on properties. Rent
collection, expenditure and management reports. Marketing of properties
securing of tenant and tenancy documentation.

Qualification:
• A degree in Land/building Economics or other related field.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years experience in property management.
• Must have knowledge in computer operations and applications.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Registered Valuer and a Member of ISK will have an addedadvantage.
• Be ready to work in a challenging environment and be result oriented,
• Age 25-35 years.
