Reporting directly to the Managing Director, his/her Key Responsibilities will be:-

Key Responsibilities /Result Areas
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, his/her Key Responsibilities will be:-
- Managing the overall activities of the Sales and Marketing Department while ensuring that the sales and revenue targets are met.
- Drawing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Preparing annual business and periodic sales/activity plans.
- Evaluating and analysing prevailing market conditions and drawing up appropriate strategies.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports.
- Liaising with other departments for procurement and ensuring availability of Stocks.
- Preparing budget and sales projections.
Qualifications and Competencies
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business/Economics degree with a diploma in Marketing.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong exposure in a computer based management environment.
- Team player with excellent managerial and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work with a high degree of independence.
- Minimum Eight (8) years work experience in sales/marketing environment, five of which should be at a senior management level.
- A high degree of strategic and commercial aptitude as well as excellent communication skills.
- Age above 30 Years.
