Kisii Bottlers Limited, a leading beverage Bottling Franchise of The Coca-Cola
Company, is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the vacancy described below;

Human Resources Manager

The Job

Reporting to the Managing Director, the job-holder will provide thought-leadership
on the Company’s Human Resource Strategic direction.

In particular, s/he will provide strategic support to the Management team by building sustainable organizational capabilities through HR programs and initiatives that support the Company Human Capital Strategy.

This position will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated HR approach to talent acquisition, development and retention for sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach business managers on the HR business strategy and workforce requirements and develop HR /people plans with the Managing Director
  • Ensure alignment of the Human Capital Strategy with the annual Business plans
  • Provide internal HR consulting services on Organizational Effectiveness and lead the company’s change initiatives.
  • Lead and execute the company’s Employee Relations agenda to ensure industrial harmony, being the key contact person for the Trade Union, the Federation of Kenya Employers and the Ministry of Labor
  • Support the Managing Director in driving productivity and performance improvement, including the design and roll out of performance assessment tools
  • Design and implement an elaborate Learning and Development strategy, leading to training needs analysis and the implementation of a robust training calendar
  • Apply business-driven planning, selection and recruitment tactics to build a high caliber, diverse candidate pool to meet the Company’s short, mid and long term talent requirements
  • Review the company’s reward strategy and align it to the performance management framework
  • Periodically update and administer the company HR policies in line with the labour legislation and market best-practice
  • Manage and maintain an HR scorecard against agreed HR strategic and tactical priorities
The Candidate

The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience with adequate exposure to Performance Management, Industrial relations, Reward Management and Change.
  • Sound Knowledge of Kenyan labour legislation
  • A good University degree in Social Sciences. A Master’s degree or Post Graduate HR qualifications will be an added advantage.
