Hospitality / Admin Assistant

Hospitality & Administration Assistant

Reporting to: Hospitality Manager

Location: Nairobi

The Profile:

Provide administrative support to the Hospitality Manager, support the process stationery issuance with fully approved forms by HOD's, fleet management and any other roles and duties assigned to them by the Hospitality Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

1 Reconciliation of documents and preparing weekly reports.
2 Assisting in Fleet Management and signing of drivers log books for trip releases.
3 Assisting with the issuance of stationery with fully approved stationery forms approved by HOD's.
4 Assisting with Guest House Management.
5 Assisting the Hospitality Manager in following up of or air tickets.
6 Processing travel documentation.
7 Keeping an up to date filing system.
8 Making hotel bookings for accommodation and company functions
9 Any other duties that may be assigned by the Hospitality Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications required:

  1. Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality & Travel
  2. 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  3. Good knowledge in ticketing
  4. Sound computing skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure, take instructions, prioritize work load and take the initiative
  6. Have a good eye for attention to detail
