General Manager

Our client seeks to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of a General Manager (gender equality) reporting to the chairman.

He / She will be responsible for providing overall financial and administration guidance to the company in particular:

• Establish proper accounting and internal control systems and regularly monitor their operations, adequacy and efficiency.
• Preparation of accurate financial statements and Management reports on a timely basis.
• Preparation and monitoring of company Budgets.
• Plan for and manage the company's financial and operational resources.
• Manage Relationships with the stakeholders
• Provide oversight for the HR and general administrative functions.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Self motivation and innovation is mandatory
• Professional accounting qualifications (CPA/ ACCA/ CA)
• Minimum 5 years experience in senior position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound Analytical and IT Skills
• Aged between 30 - 40 years

He/she must have the ability to effectively run the company.
