Chief Supplies Officer - Nyanza Cooperative Union, Tanzania Jobs

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Holder of CSP or equivalents registered with NMM.
• Five years of experience organization/ Cooperative Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Head of Stores and Supplies Section.
• Chief Programmer of stores and supplier system.
• Ensures that all transaction regarding Procurement, Receiving issues balances, 1/ stock taking and production of _ monthly, quarterly, half yearly three quarter and annual report of the same are done as per the Union by-laws, Cooperative Rules, Co-operative Act No. 20 of 2003 and procurement Act.
• Reporting to the Chief Accountant.
Salary: As per NCU Scales.
Age: Between 35 and 50 years old.
