Vacancy Announcement

CORAT Africa is a Pan African Christian Organization involved in provision of Leadership Development, Management Training, Research and Consultancy services to churches and church related organizations in Africa.
CORAT Africa is seeking for applications from highly motivated and vibrant candidates to fill the following positions;

1. Front Office Operations Officer (Re-advertisement)
 
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include: making and receiving telephone calls, receiving visitors, typing documents, documentation management and management of the Front Office
Knowledge and Skills
The position is highly demanding and requires the following:
  • Diploma in Secretarial studies examined by KNEC or a Certificate in Front Office Operations from Kenya Utalii College.
  • Knowledge and skills in Public Relations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be computer literate with excellent proficiency in all Ms Office packages.
  • Bi-lingual skills will be an added advantage.
  • Be between 25-35 years of age.
  • Must be a committed Christian.
Work Experience
  • At least three years of related work experience in a similar position in a busy office
2. Marketing Intern

The internship is not an employment and it will be for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year.
Intern purpose:  Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, Business Development, the Marketing intern will assist in the marketing of CORAT products, which are: (a) Learning and capacity Development (b) Consultancy and Research (c) Conference and Accommodation facilities and (d) Publication.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • A master’s degree in Marketing or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of higher learning. Qualification in communication/ PR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, a Personal commitment, efficient and results-driven.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to draft and edit technical documents.
  • Objective, analytical and flexible person who is able to adapt quickly to new and changing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Must be a committed Christian.
