A Christian-based non-governmental organization in Kawangware is seeking for Two Part Time Volunteer P1 Teachers to work 1pm – 6pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements:
- A born again Christian and be able to share Jesus Christ with children and adults
- Must have a P1 training from a recognized institution
- Teaching Experience needed in either city council or a private primary school
- Able to teach all primary school subjects.
- Must be familiar with Kenyan educational System.
- Able to work 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
- Interact with children, parents and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Committed to teaching children so that they can improve academically
- Must be creative in teaching strategies
- Proficient in English and Kiswahili, both spoken and Written
- Able and willing to teach class 8 candidates
- Special emphasis is placed on Math, English & Social Studies.
- Interact effectively and respectfully with others

- Be organized, including the maintaining of clear and accurate records
