QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Holder of a Master's Degree or equivalent basic in Economic Commerce or Business Administration.
• 5 years experience in a big organization/Co-operative Union holding Managerial position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Chief Executive of the Union Reporting to the Board of Directors
Convening all Board Meetings of the Union as per the Union - By - laws and Cooperative societies Act. Furtherance of the Objective of the Union towards its achievements.
Ensuring preparation of _Erogress .reports and quai-ferry-fulandaI stafements and submitting them to the Board.
Signing contracts and agreements of the Union. Ensuring preparation of Annual Accounts and Balance sheet for submission to the Board and Auditors.
Establishing a working network with other institutions.
