A locally based pharmaceutical supplies and equipment company has the following opportunities for employment;

Pharmaceutical sales Manager

The successful candidate will be a professional and resourceful marketer who will develop and implement strategic sales plans as well as coaching and managing sales representatives and product specialists to achieve the company's sales targets.

Specific Tasks and competencies will be to;

  • Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan, with a clear vision on sales and practical actions on short, average and long-term
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
  • Lead and influence a successful and experienced team to new higher levels of sales performance
  • Identify innovative methods of promoting the company and its services to the healthcare industry
  • Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management
The ideal candidate for this role will have;
  • A degree in sales, marketing, pharmacy or any other relevant discipline
  • Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical sales of over 3 years
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical products
  • Team working skills, a high level of integrity and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Sales Executives (2 Positions)

Their roles will be to maximize the sales of a company's commodities and identifying new markets and business opportunities.

Specific tasks and competencies will be to;
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for business
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Gathering market and customer information
The ideal candidate for this role will have;
  • A degree/diploma in sales, marketing, pharmacy or any other relevant discipline Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • Resilient and ability to cope with rejection and flourish in a competitive environment
Stores Clerk

The ideal candidate should have the following;
  • Diploma in supplies management
  • At least 2 years stores management experience handling dispatches and receipts of pharmaceutical products
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Team working skills and a high level of integrity
