All posts are for a three (3) year contract terms of service (Renewable) and successful candidate (s) will be staff for the Secretariat of the Women Enterprise Fund (WEF)

ONE (1) POST
1. PRINCIPAL FINANCE OFFICER,
(JOB GROUP 'N')
SALARY SCALE: 40,835 x 2,042 - 42,877 x 2,144 - 45,021 x 2,251 - 47, 272 x 2,364 - 49,636 P.M
(a) Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
(i) Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting or Business Administration with Finance) or Certified Public Accountant Part III qualification from a recognized institution,
(ii) Served in the grade of Senior Finance Officer JG W or a comparable position for at least three years
(iii) A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Masters degree in a Finance related discipline from a recognized institution,
(iv) Shown merit and ability in work performance and results.
(v) Proficiency in computer Applications (will be an added advantage).
(b) Duties and Responsibilities;
- Co-ordination, review, processing and compilation of recurrent and development estimates for annual, forward and revised budgets;
- Communication of Treasury ceilings for the forward and annual budget exercises to the Accounting Officer and Director/CEO for Women Enterprise Fund (WEF);
- Incorporation of the district's/constituencies inputs into the budget process;
- Communication of approved annual estimates to various divisions in the Women Enterprise Fund (WEF); and
- Making sure that there is a timely adjustment of work plans commensurate with the resources voted in the budget.
- A monthly House Allowance of Kenya Shillings Twenty Four thousand shillings ( Kshs.24,000)
- A monthly medical allowance of Kenya Shillings one thousand seven hundred and forty (Kshs. 1,740)
- A leave allowance of Kenya Shillings Six Thousand (Kshs. 6,000) payable once every leave year.

2. INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER III,
(JOB GROUP 'H')
SALARY SCALE: 16,692 X 835 - 17,527 X 876 - 18,403 X 920 - 19,323 X 966 - 20,289 P.M
(a) Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
(i) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C plain with at least a C- in Mathematics and English/Kiswahili or its approved equivalent
(ii) Diploma in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Electronics engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
(iii) Two (2) years working experience in the relevant area.
(b) Duties and Responsibilities;
- Writing and testing simple computer programs according to instructions and specifications
- Implementation of the computer systems
- Providing user support and training of users
- Repairs and maintenance of ICT equipment and associated peripherals
- Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment; and
- Reporting any faults for further action
- A monthly House Allowance of Kenya Shillings Five thousand shillings ( Kshs.5,000)
- A monthly Medical Allowance of Kenya Shillings nine hundred and ninety (Kshs. 990)
- A leave allowance of Kenya Shillings Four Thousand (Kshs. 4,000) payable once every leave year.
