CT1950 - Revenue Assurance Analyst

Overall Goal: Ensure that there are continuous and sustained business processes, systems analysis and checks, control and audits of all the financial transactions through the systems.

The Role: Carry out confirmation of the remuneration tool parameters set-up, detailed analysis and audits of distributor remunerations calculations, schedule payment and implementation of changed policy rules and conditions Carry out confirmation of the set-up of special projects tools parameters, carry out detailed analysis and audits of the tools output based on the laid down business specifications Ensure that there are sufficient reports to carry out financial analysis and audits of the projects introduced via own reports querying and with assistance from IT reporting division Ensure that all rewards awarded to customers from the special projects are vetted and that they are awarded in a non-fraudulent manner Ensure that all areas of the tools susceptible to financial leakage are monitored and controlled to avoid monetary loss Ensure that a thorough risk assessment is carried out before the launch of special projects and put control processes in place

Education and Experience: 2 years Revenue Assurance or IT experience with University Degree in business statistical analysis or related field Must have working knowledge of databases, MS SQL server, and Oracle 9i/10 g. knowledge of ACL and Data stage is an added advantage Must be capable of script writing using data extraction language Strong analytical skills in financial analysis with proven ability to analyse complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations Proficiency in advanced Ms excel and access skills: including data analysis, data modelling and statistical skills Able to operate in a performance driven organisation Knowledge of English especially in sequential analytical reporting Functional knowledge of standard GSM Network is an added advantage
