Kenya Country Sales

Our Clients is one of the major Telecom Equipment Manufacturer

The assigned Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of overall sales and service function in the greater Kenya Market.

Ideal Background experience:
The successful candidate has a proven track record in selling to telecommunications operators in respective country (preferred) and has previously managed executive level relationships.

Education:
Technical Degree or equivalent

Experience:
5 years Sales experience in Telecom Industry or IT industry

Desired:
A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a make it happen in a positive attitude and approach
Ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels and all parts of their organizations.
Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired result
Importance of understanding customer's needs and presenting their solutions

Responsibilities:
Help our Clients to penetrate the Market therefore develop and implement the strategy and tactics to grow existing account and meet targets planed.
Actively participate in the promotion of our Client's products and services, contacting prospective customers, screening inquiries, interfacing with
customer, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up ongoing projects.
Forecast plan, budget and measure revenues by product and control expenses.
Ensure project & operational staff meets customer satisfaction requirements.

Qualifications, skills:
Working knowledge of Wireless communications;
Good knowledge of sales techniques;
Fluency in English language.
Local Target Market Language a plus
