An international NGO seeks to fill the following positions in Juba for
a three-year project to strengthen Southern Sudan’s microfinance
sector:
1. Deputy Chief of Party/Microfinance Specialist to provide technical
assistance to microfinance institutions, especially in the areas of
operations and product development
2. Microfinance Trainer to design and deliver training to microfinance
institutions and sector support organizations
3. Finance and Administration Specialist to manage financial
operations according to USAID regulations
4. Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to manage procurement and
logistics according to USAID regulations

Skills Required:
• 3-5 years experience with an international organization/program
• Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations
• Understanding of microfinance global trends and best practices
• Fluency in English
• Sudanese Nationals
In addition to the above:
• For the Deputy Chief of Party/Microfinance Specialist specifically:
Experience managing grants programs
• For the Finance and Administration Specialist specifically:
Experience with QuickBooks

Education Required: Degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related
field
