The Person:
Candidates wishing to apply need to satisfy the following minimum requirements:
- a relevant university degree
- an ACII or recognized equivalent insurance qualification
- at least 10 years experience in a senior managerial position in the insurance industry
The following personal attributes are considered as vital for the position:
- a proven history of successful strategic management of a large business
- a thorough understanding of insurance company finances and financial reporting
- strong customer relations and people skills
- willingness to travel frequently
