- ADVERTISING MANAGER SS BE 3 – ONE (1) POST
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the officer will be in-charge of advertising and sales team and perform the following duties:-
- Lead and manage a big advertising sales team in achieving targets and other set objectives
- Devising competitive strategies to grow and retain our market share
- Formulation, interpretation and implementation of advertising policies of the Corporation
- Continuous training, mentorship and motivation of sales representatives
- Ensuring good relationship between the corporation, advertisers and their agencies locally and internationally to maximize business potential
Requirements for Appointment
- Degree preferably in Marketing from a reputable University. Masters in Business Administration (Marketing Option/strategic planning) or any other relevant Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience at a senior level in a large organization preferably in fast moving consumer goods organization.
- Experience in Media organization will be an added advantage
- Ability to use Marketing intelligence and tactical concepts in getting value out of a big sales team
- Excellent communication and motivational leadership skills
- Ideally aged between 35 – 45 years.
- CHIEF MARKETING EXECUTIVE (1) POST
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager through Advertising Manager, the successful candidates will be in-charge of all Radio and Television marketing and sales activities in regional offices at Mombasa and Kisumu. Their main duties will include:-
- Preparation sales targets and forecasts for their teams
- Meeting set targets
- Managing the sales teams as Line Managers
- Maintaining and developing a client base
- Supporting and monitoring the performance of the sales teams
- Developing strategies to ensure revenue growth
Requirements for Appointment
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing from a recognized University OR A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences plus Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from recognized institutions
· At least five (5) years relevant experience at the level of Senior Marketing Executive in reputable organizations.
· Experience in media industry will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Aged ideally between 32 - 40 years
