Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives (TFC) Limited is a national cooperative umbrella organization that seeks to promotes, serves and co-ordinates the development and prosperity of all cooperative societies in Tanzania. TFC is the organization that affiliate primary, secondary or apex cooperative societies. It was incorporated under section 45 of the Cooperative Societies Act No. 15 of 1991.
Currently The Tanzania Federation of cooperatives seeks to recruit innovative, experienced and dynamic result oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSIDPS

Supervises Education and Publicity Manager, Research and Marketing Manager, Planning and Promotion Manager,
Qualifications
Holder of degree in Business Development Management or its equivalent with experience of not less than five years in Cooperatives Sector. A holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Cooperative Management will have added a~vantage.
Responsibilities
MAJOR
Overall in charge of the Directorate of Cooperative Development.
SPECIFIC
• Formulate, monitor and evaluate Cooperative Development plans for the Federation.
• To coordinate, in collaboration with Federation stakeholders, implementation of Cooperative Policy, Act and other programs in the Directorate of Cooperative Development
• Advise on formation and establishment of cooperative organizations, its structure, financial management, Cooperative Businesses and Cooperative organizations business plans
• Establishing, Supervising !Monitoring and evaluating Development plans of Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives
• Supervise researches, in collaboration with TFC stakeholders on establishment of new cooperative thinking to the community.
• To give and or arrange technical service advice particularly in areas of markets, planning, promotion, and communications related to Tanzania federation of cooperatives.
• Supervise the collection, Analysis and dissemination of cooperative data within the country and the region at large.
• Coordinate publishing of TFC publications aimed at educating cooperatives and the community about Cooperative movement in Tanzania
• Coordinate participation of TFC and Cooperative members in different exhibitions within and outside the country.
• Supervise in uniting cooperative societies, their members and cooperative stakeholders in implementation of Cooperative Principles.
REMUNERATION
This is the challenging and demanding role of which TFC will provide an attractive remuneration to a successful candidate
