• Receiving of all materials, parts and equipment on behalf of the Company and issuing the appropriate documentation. • Prepare Store Management Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly • Coordination with the Finance department in the Head office in relation to local purchases Re-organising the running and setup of the Company stores to ensure they are in accordance with the best practice procedures. • Ensure proper and prompt documentation and updating of items in and out of the stores is kept at all times. • Maintain adequate stock levels and advise the management on stocks usage. • Ensure proper storage and labelling of all materials and parts. • Coordination with the workshop to ensure they adhere to the Company Stores procedures in all their activities. • In charge of periodic and perpetual stock taking at all the stores, • Any other duty to be assigned. Eligibility Criteria • At least 3 years experience in a similar position. • Experience in vehicles and equipments spare parts is a MUST. • Atleast Diploma in Stores/Purchase Management • Degree in Stores Management / Purchase would be an added advantage • Good computer proficiency and prior working knowledge on Pastel.
