Technical Sales Executive (Technical Services).

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Symphony is a large and well-established IT company in East Africa involved in the delivery of IT solutions to businesses and governments in areas of IT Consultancy, IT Training & Education, IT Business Solutions, IT Infrastructure, (hardware, software & Networking, UPSs etc) and Maintenance Services.
Symphony is looking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive (Technical Services).
Description:

THE POSITION
TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE - TECHNICAL SERVICES
Reporting to the Senior Business Manager-Technical Services the successful candidate will be responsible for,

* Management of clients’ contract accounts
* Aggressive acquisition of new clients while retaining the existing clients.
* Conducting comprehensive customer needs assessment s.
* Maintaining knowledge of competitors.
* Maintaining ongoing relationships with the present clients.
* Contributing to tender project proposal development.
* Meeting sales target.

Requirements:

Education and Experience
The selected candidates will have the following attributes.

* Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering/IT/BBIT/Computer science
* Directly related previous work experience (2 year + sales experience required).
* Good knowledge and understanding of infrastructure solutions and services
* Experience in writing pre qualification tenders will be an added advantage.
* Diploma in Sales will be an added advantage
