Key Objective of the Job

To market CFC Life Group Life and Deposit Admin business to the CFC Stanbic CIB and Business bank client base

Job Summary – The Key Tasks in the Job
* Developing and implementing call plans and marketing strategies
* Negotiating with CIB and Business Bank regarding the level of business and servicing requirements
* Promoting CFC Life’s Bancassurance products through marketing presentations and training
* Providing information and training on products and servicing procedures/requirements
* New business upload and servicing
* Establishing and maintaining business relationships
* Adherence to the compliance process
* Achieving production targets
* Communication and networking with all Group companies and departments to facilitate problem solving

Academic and professional qualification
* Bachelor degree in Business/ Marketing

Experience and Knowledge
* At least 5 years experience in the financial services or insurance industry
* Insurance Industry Knowledge
* CFC Life Products
* CFC Life software and systems
* Group Life technical knowledge
* Presentation skills
