Kakira Sugar Ltd is seeking qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacancy in the company:
1) Job Title: Radiographer (Medical) - 01 post
Age: 25 – 40 years
Reporting to the Medical Superintendent, the successful applicant’s duties will be as follows:
_ Provide X-ray services to all deserving patients in the company hospital.
_ Liaising with Medical Assistant and Nurses in preparing patients for X-rays.
_ Ensuring that the X-ray machine and other dark room equipment and chemicals are properly maintained and always functional.
_ Ensuring that adequate health and safety regulations are implemented to avoid unnecessary leakage of radioactive materials to patients and other hospital users.
Qualifications & Experience:
_ A Diploma in Radiography from a recognized intuition.
_ Certificate of registration with the Allied Health Professionals Counsel
_ A minimum of one year of work experience as radiographer in a busy health unit.
Remuneration:
Attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants for the above post
