- Be a holder of a diploma in human resource management/management or first degree in a management course
- Possess 2 years post qualification experience
- Be a team player and person of integrity
- Be ambitious, humble, self-starter and willing to work unsupervised
- Be ready to start working immediately
- Be over 25 years of age
