01. Who is a MobiKash Agent?

Any individual or business entity that avails its retail outlet to offer MobiKash services to its customers. MobiKash is currently recruiting Agents to grow its network countrywide.
The MobiKash Agent network includes;

• Street Agent
• Mini Agent
• Super Agent

02. Standard Requirements
A. Street Agents (Individuals)

• ID /Passport copies of owner and staff
• Certified copies of PIN certificate
• Passport photos of owner and staff
• Personal mobile phone contact
• e-mail contact
• Outlet location details
• Agent application form duly completed
• Minimum starting e-float of KShs 2,500 and Cash of KShs 2,500

B. Mini Agents (Organisation/Company)

• Certificate of registration/ incorporation
• Business permit
• Certified copies of PIN certificate
• ID /Passport copies of owner and staff
• Passport photos of owner and staff
• Personal mobile phone contacts
• Official e-mail contact
• Outlet location details
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Personal declaration form duly completed
• Agent application form duly completed
• Minimum starting e-float of KShs 25,000 and Cash of KShs 25,000
