Secretarial Staff
3 Positions
We are seeking smart, energetic, personable, warm, enthusiastic “can do” attitude and experienced Secretarial Staff to work with our fast-paced management team.
Priorities for Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a busy environment.
- A Bachelors Degree in a relevant Social Science or business discipline such as Management, Business Administration, Social Studies, Public Administration, or related qualification. Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent from recognized institutions will be considered.
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Tech savvy: thorough knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, MS Publisher and MS Project.
- Exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
- Able to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Full calendar, time management, flawless arrangements and ability to multi-task.
Drivers

We are seeking smart, energetic, personable, warm, enthusiastic “can do” attitude, and experienced drivers for our fast-paced directorate management team.
Priorities for Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- At least four (4) years driving experience in Nairobi and major towns in Kenya
- Must have personal driver’s experience
- Sensitive to ethics, integrity and confidentiality, cultural diversity
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C (Plain) with C (Plain) in both English and Kiswahili or equivalent qualification from recognized Institution.
- A valid driving license with current endorsement(s) for all classes.
- Attended a First-Aid Certificate course at St. John Ambulance or Kenya Institute of Highway and building Technology (KIHIBIT) or any other recognized Institution
- Passed suitability test for Driver Grade III from Chief Mechanical Engineer – Ministry of Transport, and or Automobile Association of Kenya (AAK).
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct and clean driving record
