Responsibilities

• Coordinate all nursing staff duties and responsibilities
• Act as a mediator between nurses and management ensuring high levels of staff motivation and excellent patient care
• Coordinate with nursing council
• Ensure nurses maintain professional development
• Ensure quality care of patients
• Perform all necessary administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Be a holder of Kenya Registered Community Nurse Diploma
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council
• 5 years experience working in the same position or as charge sister
