Royal Nairobi Golf Club General Manager Job Vacancy

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all Personnel and Administration matters.
  • Initiate and implement the strategic plan of the Club.
  • Overall Financial management of all the Departments of the Club.
  • Promote and Maintain proper Internal and External matters pertaining to Public Relations.
  • Be accountable to the Board of Directors, and attend Meetings.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the BOD.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of First Degree/ Professional Qualification in Finance/Business Administration or professional experience related to the job.
  • Minimum of Six years experience at Management Level in hospitality industry
  • Fully Computer literate and have knowledge of Management Information Systems
  • Should be at least 30 years of age and have experience in Human Resources Management
  • Similar experience in Managing a Golf Club will be an added advantage.
