Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all Personnel and Administration matters.
- Initiate and implement the strategic plan of the Club.
- Overall Financial management of all the Departments of the Club.
- Promote and Maintain proper Internal and External matters pertaining to Public Relations.
- Be accountable to the Board of Directors, and attend Meetings.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the BOD.
Qualifications
- Minimum of First Degree/ Professional Qualification in Finance/Business Administration or professional experience related to the job.
- Minimum of Six years experience at Management Level in hospitality industry
- Fully Computer literate and have knowledge of Management Information Systems
- Should be at least 30 years of age and have experience in Human Resources Management
- Similar experience in Managing a Golf Club will be an added advantage.
