Fastrack Promotions Country Managers (3) Jobs – Rwanda, Uganda & Sudan

Fastrack Promotions Ltd is a fully fledged marketing company that provides marketing solutions and business development services to clients interested in Eastern and Central Africa market.

We are seeking to recruit Country Managers (3) for our Great Lakes Region operations to be based in Rwanda, Uganda and Southern Sudan.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall performance and business growth for the said markets and at the same time champion expansion to the neighboring markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and driving business strategies in liaison with the Managing Director
• Establish market intelligence system and gather relevant business information within the region
• Manage major projects and identify new business opportunities within the region
• Create and manage a team that will thrive on innovative technology and at the same time provide leadership.
• Maintain regular contact with major customer accounts and grow the business through acquiring new clients
• Full P&L responsibility
• Ensure operational excellence in all business activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum First Degree in a Business related discipline
• Basic accounting skills preferably CPA 1
• Basic computer skills with good understanding of excel
• 3 years experience in FMCG especially in the beverage industry
• Good commercial background and Knowledge of the markets will be an added advantage
• Extensive sales and distribution background – both strategy development and execution
• Should be fluent in English and Swahili. Knowledge of French and/or Kinyarwanda will be a distinct advantage
