Requirements and Outputs
- A degree in business management and administration;
- At least two years experience in business management and administration demonstrated by past experience;
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in human resource management related background evidenced by past experience;
- Experience in training environment dealing with adult learners;
- Self-motivated team player with good inter-personal and facilitation skills;
- Work with minimal supervision;
- Computer proficiency;
- Liaison with college partners and collaborators for effectiveness in realizing college mission;
- Management and administration of IGUs to enable the college become self-sustaining with maximum value for money;
- Knowledge in agri-business will be an added advantage.
