Brief Description

To ensure a cohesive regional outlook, optimise revenue and profitability, motivate team while continuously promoting growth and company image

Detailed Description
  • To lead, motivate, guide, support, develop the team within the region to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • To achieve, optimise revenue budget target for maximum and sustainable profits
  • To prepare, monitor and control annual regional budget to ensure expenditure is in line with business plan
  • To develop and implement sales/marketing plans to deliver budget objectives and optimise on resources
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities (SPAs, Route, BASA, Commercial Agreements, GSAs, Interline sales etc) for revenue growth
  • Promote image of company to the market region (Government/Travel Agents/CAA, Trade parties etc) for good relationship and safeguard of company business
Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • University graduate with at least 5 year sales management experience
  • Computer literate and driving licence
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and visionary skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • A good planner
