Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the administration of recruitment process
• Assist in office management, personnel management, and industrial relations and staff welfare
• In charge of transportation schedules, services and refueling of IAE Motor vehicles.
• Allocates and fumishes offices.
• Deals with general disciplinary matters for junior staff
• Oversees the general cleanliness of office premises
• Assists in preparation of human resource plans
• Oversees the day to day smooth running of registries
• Issues leave forms and keeps records/time tables of their rosters in each department.
• Any other related duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of Degree in Social Sciences/Public Administration/ Management/Administrative Law from a recognized institution with experience of not less than three years.
• Must be Computer Literate

SALARY: PGSS 12
AGE LIMIT: Not above 45 years.
