County Council of Bungoma Request for Expression of Interest for Lead Consultancy Architect

County Council of Bungoma intends to construct an office block of approximately 1500m2 and would like to engage the services of a lead architectural consultant.

County Council of Bungoma now invites eligible consultancy firms to express their interest in providing an architectural proposal of the above works.

Interested consultants MUST provide all information below, clearly indicating the services to be provided.

• Company Profile with details of the Firms capability of executing works of similar nature and magnitude
• Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years C)    Proof of registration with relevant professional bodies
• Certified PIN, VAT, and Tax compliance certificates
• Certificate of Firm registration
• Details of Ownership / directorship with respective shareholding and details of citizenship
• Physical location of the firm and address
• Letter of reference for satisfactorily completed projects for the last 10 years from at least three (3) clients
• Litigation history
• Details of at least two (2) key personnel and their academic, professional and work experience (attach copies of their curriculum vitae)

Expression of interest documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes (in one original and one copy) marked
“EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR LEAD CONSULTANCY ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE FOR COUNTY COUNCIL OF BUNGOMA OFFICE BLOCK”

And addressed to:-

and deposited in our tender box located at the reception of the County Council of Bungoma on or before 12.00 noon on 23rd September 2010.
