Bid Notice under Open Bidding
Supply, Installation Configuration and Support of an Electronic Content Management System
MOFPED/SVCS/2010-2011/003
1. The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has allocated funds to be used for the Supply, Installation Configuration and Support of an Electronic Content Management System.
2. The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation Configuration and Support of an Electronic Content Management System.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit – Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during working hours.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000/= Ug. Shs. (Fifty Thousand Shillings) to Uganda Revenue Authority The method of payment will be Bank Payment Advice Forms. The document will be picked from the address below.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 20th August, 2010 at 11:30 am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ug. Shs. 2,000,000/= (Two Millions). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened same day in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below in Conference room 1 at 11:30 am.
