1.0 Preamble:

Moulders Limited is hiring talented and Experienced Technical personnel.

We are not looking for individuals who have large cv’s and grey hair, but rather individuals who are able to think outside the box, an individual who will add value to the overall process and have the maturity to shoulder responsibility, work in a high pressure environment, work long hours, able to troubleshoot and solve problems rather than to point out problems and not do anything about them,People who understand that construction is about collaboration and not individualism

We are looking for strong characters able to execute instructions and also issue instructions, people who are able to distinguish between constructive criticism and personal criticism, we are looking for team players .Candidates who dont posses the qualities we are looking for, need not apply.

2. Assistant Technical Applicants

For all Positions:

• Duty Stations: Juba, Southern Sudan
• Contract Type: Service Contract
• Duration Of Contract: 3months probationary period with a twelve Month contract with possibility of extension subject to performance. Sudanese nationals and women are encouraged to apply.
• Starting Date: 12th July 2010
• Closing Date: 12th August 2010

Qualifications:

• All Senior Applicants (Project Managers, Resident Engineers, Electrical Engineer) must have a Degree and have professional registered licenses.
• Assistant resident Engineers and Estimator must have at least a Diploma or Degree
• Accountants must be CPA holders or ACCA or ACA
• Stores Managers must have a Diploma
• General Foremen and Headmen must have Diplomas and all relevant certificates

Experience:

• Senior Technical Applicants: Must have a Minimum of 10years practical experience in Commercial, Industrial, residential and fit out projects.
• Junior Technical Applicants: Must have a Minimum of minimum of 5years practical experience in Commercial, Industrial, residential and fit out projects.
• All Administration applicants must have atleast 5years minimum experience.
