Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. (KETRACO), a State Corporation whose mandate is to design, construct, operate and maintain new high voltage electricity transmission lines intends to procure consultancy services for Human Resource Capacity Development. The services include training needs assessment, job evaluation, performance management, team building, and management skills development.
KETRACO now invites eligible Consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing the above services.
Interested firms MUST provide the following:
- Summary of services/areas of speciality within the firm;
- Summary of services undertaken by the firm in the last 5 years, clearly indicating the name of the client and contact persons;
- Company profile including full address, names of directors, age of firm, experience and market strength.
- Attach certified copies of certificates of incorporation, valid tax compliance, PIN, VAT, professional registration and DIT registration; and
- Names of at least 3 (three) relevant professional staff available to the firm. Attach detailed C.V for each professional indicating name, professional qualifications, relevant experience, expected role, years with the firm as employee or as a consultant.
Expressions of interest in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “KETRACO/HR/01/2010- Expressions of Interest for Provision of Human Resource Capacity Development Services” should be delivered to the following address by 31st August, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.

The Expressions of Interest will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of those who choose to attend. Selection of the consultant will be in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005.
Request for Proposals will be issued to shortlisted firms only.
